We are thrilled to share that our team is currently testing the draft version of Qflex-APIM – the Poor Man’s API Manager designed for Anypoint Enthusiasts.
Qflex-APIM is a utility tool that we’ve meticulously crafted, positioning it as a cost-effective alternative to Mulesoft’s API Manager. This tool seamlessly integrates various supported API policies into your existing applications, irrespective of whether they operate on Anypoint cloud (CloudHub) or on-premise environments.
Our unique, no-fuss approach to API management eliminates the need for any extra code changes or additional plug-ins. The process involves extracting application source using Anypoint Platform APIs, identifying injection areas, carrying out intelligent code injection, and re-deploying applications. While it might take a bit longer than Anypoint API Manager’s callout architecture, it provides dependable results for most applications.
A bonus? Qflex-APIM, just like any regular Mulesoft application, is effortlessly deployable to cloud or on-premise environments. It comes with a user-friendly Web UI, ensuring a smooth setup and policy application process.
