Latest versions of Mulesoft’s Anypoint Studio (on fresh install) are missing important key mappings (shift left/tab and shift right/tab) for advanced developers who are using XML view for code editing. If you are using visual editor, this is not for you. For all others, shift left and shift right key mappings are missing, making it super hard to align code fragments. There is also an issue with tab space size for YAML files that is now 4 spaces instead of two, but I can’t find a way to fix it yet.
Here is what you ned to fix it:
- General -> Keys (edited)
- Add mappings for tab left and right shift using your preferred sequence of key by simply typing into the window as seen on the screenshot below.
